Welcome to Sports Stars Malta. By accessing and using our website (www.sportsstarsmalta.com) or registering your child in our sports programmes, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

 

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website, services, or registering for any of our programmes, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and any applicable laws and regulations in Malta and the EU. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Eligibility

  • Our programmes are open to children within specified age groups, as advertised.

  • Parents or legal guardians must complete all registrations on behalf of minors.

  • You confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

 

3. Services and Programmes

  • Sports Stars Malta offers multi-sports programmes, after-school sessions, holiday camps, and related activities for children.

  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel programmes at our discretion (e.g., due to weather, safety concerns, or insufficient enrolment).

  • Updates and changes will be communicated to parents/guardians in advance where possible.

 

4. Fees and Payments

  • Fees for programmes are published on our website or communicated directly.

  • Payments must be made in full before a child may participate, unless otherwise agreed.

  • We accept payment methods as listed on our site or in registration forms.

  • Refunds are only available under our cancellation policy (see Section 5).

 

5. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Parents may cancel a booking by notifying us in writing.

  • Refunds are subject to timing and circumstances, e.g.:

    • Cancellations made before the start of a programme may qualify for a partial refund.

    • No refunds are issued once a programme has begun, except in exceptional cases (e.g., medical reasons with proof).

  • If Sports Stars Malta cancels a programme, a full refund or credit will be offered.

 

6. Safety and Responsibilities

  • Parents/guardians must inform Sports Stars Malta of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs at the time of registration.

  • While we take all reasonable care to ensure safety, participation in sports involves inherent risks.

  • Sports Stars Malta, its coaches, and staff are not liable for injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings, except where caused by negligence.

 

7. Media and Photography

  • We may take photos or videos during sessions for documentation and promotional purposes.

  • Consent will be requested from parents/guardians before use.

  • Parents may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.

 

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website, including text, logos, graphics, and images, is the property of Sports Stars Malta unless otherwise stated.

  • You may not copy, distribute, or use our content without prior written consent.

 

9. Website Use

  • Visitors must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, or engage in activities that disrupt functionality.

  • We may update, suspend, or discontinue website features without notice.

 

10. Account Suspension or Termination

  • Sports Stars Malta reserves the right to refuse participation or remove a child from a programme if behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, or breaches these Terms.

  • In such cases, no refund will be issued.

 

11. Liability Disclaimer

  • Our services are provided “as is.”

  • We make no guarantees that the website or programmes will always be available without interruption.

  • To the extent permitted by Maltese law, Sports Stars Malta excludes liability for any indirect or consequential loss.

 

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malta and applicable EU regulations. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Maltese courts.
